CRT 15th Anniversary Events

2019 is a big year for FCRT, as we celebrate the 15th year on the Trail!

We have a wide variety of events set for the year, join us for one or more!

Next up: Sunday Oct. 20: Trail Ride, 10:30am.

KLM Bike will lead a special “Oktoberbike” Fall CRT ride Sunday, October 20 at 10:30 a.m., starting at Diversion Street.  Cider and doughnuts will be provided.  KLM Bike & Fitness is a local bicycle store in Rochester Hills and Birmingham.

Helmets are strongly encouraged and can be purchased at the store.

OTHER TRAIL EVENTS:

The Troy Historical Museum and Beaumont are sponsoring healthy, historical walks this Fall including this one October 17 from 6-7 pm. on the Clinton River Trail & Webster Cemetery.

Clinton River Trail—Opdyke Rd Trailhead, Auburn Hills (between South Blvd. & Auburn Road)

Weʼll take the Clinton River Trail over I-75, past Avondale High School, and out to Squirrel Road. Take a lap around historic Webster Cemetery, which was established in the early 19th century. Bonus points for spotting the original railroad ties! Out-and-back route is mostly flat. Distance: 3 miles. [Limited parking available at Opdyke Trailhead; extra parking less than 1⁄4 mile away in the Salvation Army/Dollar General parking lot, also on the east side of Opdyke Rd.]

Contact apd@thvmail.org or sign up below for weekly walking group information emails and to receive notification of location change or cancellation due to inclement weather.
