FCRT constantly promotes the Clinton River Trail as 'One Trail - Five Cities' however for maintenance issues each city independently has ownership and responsibility for just the segment of the trail within their city. FCRT has no authority or responsibility for the trail's maintenance. FCRT can only serve as a voice for trail users and forward concerns to the proper authorities.
